Whether for Flavour or Function

Moro has an olive oil for every home and every occasion. You just have to decide on whether you are looking to add flavour or seeking to use more functionally while enjoying the health benefits. Extra Virgin Olive Oil range offers three distinct variants each with a unique characteristics and flavour.Moro Frutal is the most delicate flavoured of the three EVOOs (fruity & fragrant), Moro Primero has a medium flavour intensity (fruit with light peppery notes) and Moro Intenso is the strongest (robust and peppery).

Moro Tradicional and Moro Delicado Light Taste Olive Oils and are commonly referred to as refined olive oils. This is basically the description of the filtration process the oil has undergone to remove colour, fruity sediment, aroma and ultimately taste. What remains is the pure oil from the olive with no change in the chemical structure of the health mono-unsaturated fats. The key benefits of refined OOs is that they offer a very subtle flavour and are an ideal cooking oil with a high smoke point.

Our Italian Vinegars

They say you can attract more bees with honey than vinegar, but we beg to differ.

Whether you’re a basic cook or culinary expert, Moro has a balsamic vinegar to suit your needs. Produced in the home of balsamic vinegar, Modena in Northern Italy, blend of grape musts and precious wine vinegar before being stored, for a certified maturation period, in wooden casks, as tradition demands. Our range includes 2-month, 12-month and 36-month olds because like many things in life, balsamic vinegar just gets better with age.

Also aged in wooden casks as they have been for generations, our wine vinegars are bottled at their absolute peak. Our versatile whites and reds are perfect for everyday use in salad dressings, marinades and sauces.
So you see, when it comes to vinegars, Moro spoils you for choice. Read more.
